We encourage traders to set up on Friday if they can. This is a less stressful time for everyone. Vehicle movement stops at 09:30 on Sat 15th August as per our policy guidelines.

Stirling Highland Games welcomes 150 International Gathering ticket holders. This ticket option was created as a fundraiser to allow us to cover some of the growing event infrastructure costs. If you are interested in getting your brand infront of these ticket holders, please consider contributing some added value to the goody bag we put together for them.

I understand that unless I have an agreement in place as an official supplier of Stirling Highland Games, I am not able to use the term Stirling Highland Games on my products. *

Please send me this year's invoice for payment that will secure my traders space. *

Invoices will be processed immediately and will require to be paid within the 28 days. If we don't receive payment, the trade space will be passed on to another trader and your details will be removed.
