Tucked into the heart of Clackmannanshire, Heart of Scotland Distillery is a family-run distillery dedicated to doing things properly.

We make our gin and vodka in small batches, handling every step ourselves — from the first drop of distillation to the final label on each bottle. It’s a hands-on approach that allows us to focus on what matters most: quality, consistency and authenticity.

Our spirits begin with fresh spring water from the Ochil Hills, known for its purity and character. We pair this with carefully chosen botanicals and finish with a delicate touch of Blackthorn salt from the Ayrshire coast, adding a subtle layer of balance and complexity.

We’ve taken our time to get here, refining every detail before stepping forward. The result is a range of spirits shaped by place, patience and a genuine passion for craft.
